TKS × BenchSci - Exploring AI for employee wellbeing

Back in high school, I was part of The Knowledge Society (TKS), a program where we got to explore emerging technologies and work on challenges with real companies.

For one of those challenges, Suchismit Ghosh and I worked on a proposal for BenchSci, a Canadian AI company.

We came up with an idea for using AI to better understand employee wellbeing. Instead of relying entirely on surveys, we proposed a system that could analyze conversations with virtual coaches, identify common stress factors, and help management figure out what needed attention.

We explored language models, embeddings, and clustering, put together a pitch deck, and eventually presented our proposal to BenchSci.

Looking back, it’s a nice reminder of how early I started experimenting with AI, not just as a technology, but as something you could build useful products around.

Küçük bir itiraf.

Türkçe devam edebilirsin ama kendimi İngilizcede daha iyi anlattığımı düşünüyorum. İngilizcesini okumanı öneririm 😅
